Tell me a story 2021 in Kindle
The earlier edition of this book was illustrated thus extremely costly, so I changed it to simple stories. This year the stories are short, micro and miny ones. The genres are versatile, there is love, romance, supernatural and human beings in their different colours. Do share your views after reading.
Let me introduce myself. My name is Pat Ritter. Since 1988 I have been writing and publishing books. In 2009 I decided to publish my books as e-books on this and other websites.
Writing and self-publishing became expensive especially the marketing end of the business. I experienced little problems with my first book ‘Closing The Gap’ however after writing and self-publishing six other books the printing costs out-weighed the cost of production.
At this stage of my writing I am converting from writing true life stories to fictional or better known – storytelling and it’s difficult I can tell you. I’m giving it my best. Reading is a passion. When I read I try and place myself in the writer’s seat and endeavour to work out how they wrote the story. I enjoy reading interesting stories filled with passion, desire with a happy ending.
I’m happy to meet you. I’m also proud to be involved in Operation eBook Drop.
This is my second book of Bengali poetry book with English translation in shoptly. Have tried a few in Amazon but as I have shifted venue, from now on these too will show up here.
This book is dedicated to three Mother Goddesses we Indians, Bengalis hold very close to our hearts- Goddess Laxmi- the giver of wealth and prosperity, Goddess Kali- the ultimate destroyer of evil, and Mother Goddess Durga- the eternal mother.
There are Bengali poems, their rough English translation and of course illustrations. Hope this tiny colourful book will please you! Well, these poems are dedicated to these three divine powers, remember that before buying them, you may or may not enjoy them! But hopefully you will love the illustrations!
I will love to hear from you, compliments, suggestions anything will do!
You know all those nitty gritty things- that the contents of this book are copyrighted works of Sharmishtha Basu, you are welcome to display them in your social media sites as long as you link them to my site and clearly mention my name as creator. I will only be grateful to you for liking them!

SBPnB is a book of illustrations mainly. As you can guess from the name the priority has been given to the illustrator inside me! I love to paint and this is the book through which I am sharing my paintings with you.
Sometimes you will get them with quotes, sometimes with poems or flash fictions. But whatever will be there the size of the words will be quite short, so that each post’s length is one page. Sometimes they may get longer but not necessarily!
You will have to check out a few copies to get the feel. Just like Agnimalya the genre of the poems/stories will be versatile. Once in a blue moon you may get a book centered on certain topic or emotion!
You can buy the book directly or indirectly. Directly from patreon by becoming my patron there and indirectly from payhip by simply buying and downloading from there!
Now, there is no option of including any details in payhip or patreon so if you want to browse about the contents (and once in a while critiques) you will have to pay a visit to one of these sites and check out the indexes there:
They are waiting for you there! Buy- make me happy!
Others think, feel, fool, shrewd
Or just too cunning?
You will come across these people who talk on behalf of others, as if they can read their thoughts… what actually goes inside their mind?
